Syndicate Services operates a strict no-refund policy. Once a purchase is made, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
❌ Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be granted for any of the following reasons:
- Game bans or account suspensions resulting from use of the service
- Technical issues on the user's end
- Incomplete challenges or unmet personal goals
- User error or misuse of the service
- Dissatisfaction after service has been delivered
- Failure to follow lobby rules resulting in removal
- Lateness or unavailability during a scheduled session
🚷 Chargeback Policy
By purchasing this service, you waive the right to dispute or charge back any payments made. Any attempt to initiate a chargeback will result in a permanent ban from all Syndicate Services. Ticket transcripts and other documentation will be submitted as evidence in any dispute.
📋 License Revocation
Refunds will not be issued in cases of license revocation due to violations of our Terms of Service, including unauthorized distribution, hosting restrictions, or behavioral violations.
✅ Your Agreement
By completing a purchase with Syndicate Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this refund policy in full. No exceptions will be made.
