📋 Service Description

By purchasing this service, you are securing access to a Call of Duty Bot Lobby and/or a license to use Syndicate Bot Lobby Manager where 5–6 AFK accounts (10–11 total in the lobby) are used to help you complete challenges, unlock camos, rank up, and more.

🔑 License Sharing & Unauthorized Distribution

Sharing your license key, hosting or offering free and/or paid lobbies to others within this server, or attempting to poach members to your own or others' servers is strictly prohibited. Any such activity will result in immediate license revocation, permanent ban from this server, and denial of access to all current and future tools or services. Each license is for personal use only within the limits set by this server. License revocation is not limited to just this Term of Service but the rest below as well.

🚫 Hosting Restrictions

Users who purchase or access the Rebranded Bot Lobby Tool or Syndicate Bot Lobby Manager are strictly prohibited from hosting free or paid lobbies for anyone within this server, partner servers, or any affiliated communities. Doing so will result in immediate and permanent tool/license revocation without refund. By using the tool, you agree to this condition and understand that violations forfeit all rights to continued access.

This service is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or supported by Activision, Infinity Ward, Treyarch, Sledgehammer Games, Raven Software, or any of their partners.

🎮 Account Responsibility

You are fully responsible for the safety and status of your Call of Duty account. We are not liable for any bans, suspensions, or penalties resulting from failure to follow our rules.

📜 Lobby Rules Enforcement

You may receive one warning for breaking lobby rules. Further violations will result in immediate forfeiture of the current session and loss of access to future lobbies without refund. These rules exist to ensure fairness, efficiency, and protection for all participants.

💰 Refund Policy

All sales are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances — including, but not limited to:

• Game bans
• Technical issues
• Incomplete challenges
• User error / misuse

By purchasing, you confirm that you acknowledge and accept this policy.

🚷 No Chargebacks

By purchasing this service, you waive the right to dispute or charge back any payments made. Any attempt to do so will result in a permanent ban from our services. Ticket transcripts as well as other documentation will be used as proof in the event of a chargeback.

🤝 Behavior Policy

Toxicity, harassment, racism, or disrespect toward staff or other clients will result in instant removal from the lobby without warning or refund.

🕐 Schedule & Availability

Lobbies run based on our availability. We do not compensate for missed time due to your lateness or unavailability. Check the hosting schedule channel for when we start hosting.

🔒 Confidentiality

You may not record, stream, or share any part of the lobby unless you receive explicit permission to promote the service, in which case any identifying details that could compromise the service or other users must be censored or removed.
